Audi, Volkswagen, BMW and MINI Cleaning of intake tract and intake valves with walnut shell blasting and Mercedes Benz
The newer direct fuel injection engine have a nasty habit of ingesting a fair amount of engine oil through the crankcase ventilation system causing carbon build up in the intake tract as well as on the intake valves themselves. These carbon deposits disrupt the intake air flow and rob efficiency and performance. We use pressurized air to inject fine walnut shell granules into the intake tract to remove carbon build up. Walnut granules hit the built up carbon at high speed and remove it entirely, while at the same time this material is soft enough not to damage the metal of the intake tract and the valves. It should to be done every 30,000 to 50,000 miles.
Benefits of Walnut Shell Blasting:
- Cleans Valves.
- Cleans Intake Port.
- Removes Build Up.
- Reduces Hesitation.
- Improves Air Flow.
- Improves Acceleration.
- Improves Power

Routine preventive maintenance is the best way to avoid serious breakdowns and expensive repairs. For example, regular oil changes are a great way to keep your vehicle on the road and the engine running smoothly. Here at Euro-Tech we provide a quality oil change service, as well as a free inspection of your vehicle's tire pressure, windshield wipers, brake condition, lighting, drive belts, AC belts, leaks, fluids, hoses, exhaust, and transmission. You don't have to be a certified mechanic to know working brakes are essential for your safety. At Euro-Tech, we can quickly check the condition of your brake pads, drums, struts, brake lines, brake fluids, rotors, shoes, and every other part of your vehicle's braking system.
Check Engine Light Troubleshooting
Is your check engine light on? It may not be anything too costly or difficult to solve, but it's important not to ignore it. The check engine light is a great warning to prevent more costly problems or even being stranded on the side of the road. Often a simple adjustment can be made to improve the health of your vehicle, and if you do need a major repair, we can handle that as well, always taking into consideration your budget and vehicle needs.
Automotive electrical systems are very complex and constantly evolving. Our technicians are qualified to diagnose and repair your vehicle's electrical system, including circuits, fuses, wires, sensors, relays, and connectors, as well as your starting and charging systems. Call us here at Euro-Tech if you're experiencing dim headlights, malfunctioning signal lights, power window issues, or any other electrical problems.
Timing Belt Check & Replacement
The timing belt is very important to the working condition of your vehicle, as it is responsible for the opening and closing of the intake and exhaust valves inside the engine at the right time. Without one, your vehicle would not be able to start. Each vehicle manufacturer has a mileage interval stating when the timing belt should be replaced. After a certain amount of miles, your timing belt will begin to wear down and crack. A worn timing belt can damage your vehicle's engine, so don't hesitate to come by Juke Auto if you're due for maintenance.
